  1. Test Series Purchases

    • Cancellation Before Test Series Access: If you decide to cancel before accessing any test papers, you may be eligible for a refund. Requests should be made within 3 days of purchase.
    • Cancellation After Accessing Tests: Once a student has accessed any part of the purchased test series (e.g., question papers or suggested answers), the purchase becomes non-refundable.
    • Exceptional Circumstances: If you are unable to continue due to verified medical reasons or personal emergencies, please reach out to our support team with relevant documentation, and we will review your case individually.
  2. Mentorship Services

    • Non-Refundable After Service Delivery: Mentorship services, including one-on-one consultations, are non-refundable once they have been provided.
    • Package Cancellations: If you have purchased a mentorship package and wish to cancel before using any of the services, please contact us within 3 days of purchase to discuss potential refund options.
  3. Processing Time for Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  4. Discounted Purchases

    • Purchases made during promotional periods, including Diwali and referral offers, are non-refundable.
